| TERMS
AND CONDITIONS - SUPER COVER |
| 1.
RATES INCLUDE: VAT at 14%, unlimited mileage, super theft
loss waiver and collision damage waiver (CDW), excluding non-waiverable
excess of ZAR 4,000, personal accident insurance, airport surcharge,
windscreen breakage, tourism levy and road maps. |

| 2.
RATES EXCLUDE: delivery and collection fee, one way fees
(ZAR 342), contract fee (ZAR 22.80), water & under-carriage damage
to vehicle.Traffic fine handling fee (ZAR 171), baby seat (ZAR 114),
no show fee (ZAR 285), accident claim handling fee (ZAR 399), special
equipment (ZAR 114), young driver (ZAR114). |

| 3.
DRIVERS: Renters must carry an International Driver’s
Permit OR a valid unendorsed drivers licence with English translation.
Minimum age for renters is 21 years when payment made on credit card.The
driver’s licence must have been valid for a minimum of 3 years. |

| 4.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION: Delivery and collection fee - within
25km ZAR 114 during office hours and ZAR 228 on weekends, after hours
and public holidays. For 26km or more, ZAR 4.56 per kilometre. |

| 5.ONE-WAY:
A vehicle collected from one Avis location and dropped off at another
will pay a one-way drop off fee. One-way rentals from Johannesburg
to Cape Town, Durban and Mpumulanga at ZAR 570, Eastern Cape to Cape
Town at ZAR 570, Durban - Richards Bay at ZAR 171. The fee will not
apply within the greater Metropolitan areas. |

| 6.
OVER BOARDER RENTALS: Vehicles may be taken into the following
countries: Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique. Cross Border Fee
ZAR 1,140. Under no circumstances may any vehicle be taken to Zambia.
A letter of authority may be requested by the customer at time of
rental. If this is not obtained,Avis cannot be held responsible if
the customer is refused entry. Prior application must be made 72 hours
in advance and dates of entry and exit from Zimbabwe and Zambia. In
addition to the rates, a further vehicle insurance charge applies
which must be paid directly to Avis. Additional over border charges
are applicable with a 5 day minimum rental charge. |

ONE-WAY OVER BORDER: Rates available on request. |

| 8.
NON-WAIVERABLE DEPOSIT: The rates include coverage of Collision
Damage Waiver and Theft Loss Waiver, however a non-waiverable fee
waiverable responsibility applies. Rates still to be advised. |

9.
PREPAYMENTS: A deposit of ZAR 500 to cover the fuel charges,
or payment of the fuel service option. Clients may choose to purchase
a full tank of fuel at the time of collecting the vehicle at prices
competitive with service stations or, they may pay a fuel deposit
and be charged for actual fuel used. The non-waiverable CDW/TLW responsibility,
or payment of Super CDW. One-way charges (if applicable). Delivery
and collection fee - Within 25km = ZAR 114 during office hours and
ZAR 228 on weekends, after hours and public holidays. For 26km or
more = ZAR 4.56 per km. Additional driver charge of ZAR 114 per additional
driver per rental. Prepayments may be covered by an Avis honoured
credit card, or paid in cash. If a credit card is presented, the applicable
charges will only be levied on termination of rental.Throughout Southern
Africa it is
NOT possible to pay for petrol by credit cards or travellers cheques,
CASH being the only payment option. |
