The
golden age of luxury rail travel can be experienced on board
vintage coaches that have been lovingly restored to their
opulent
splendour, but with a discreet eye to modern comforts and
innovations.You’ll pass through some of the most dramatic
scenery in the world in an atmosphere of refinement and elegance.These
magnificent trains are drawn by electric, diesel, or historic
steam locomotives where possible on various stages of the
itinerary.

A maximum of seventy-two passengers are accommodated in 36 air-conditioned
Deluxe or Royal Suites that provide two guests with a lounge area,
bedroom and a private bathroom that has all modern conveniences.
Royal suites are larger and have a bathroom complete with a Victorian
bath.
Superb cuisine and fine beverages are all included, whilst for relaxation
there is a lounge car with a bar and spectacular vistas can be enjoyed
from the observation car.
