To make a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the rail journey is required with balance of payment being due 8 weeks prior to departure. For air inclusive packages an additional £100 per person deposit is required to secure flight reservations with the airlines.

If booking within 8 weeks full payment is required at the time of booking. If insurance is required, premiums must be added to the deposit or full payment.

Cancellation terms range from 20% loss of deposit up to 43 days of departure, increasing up to 100% if cancelled within 7 days prior. For conditions please refer to Shongololo website item 5.12.
