Guaranteed price Unlike many of our competitors, the price quoted to you at the time you make your booking is guaranteed against any currency surcharges. When comparing our prices please ensure that you are looking at ‘like for like’. Tour operators that do not guarantee prices can increase the cost of their holidays up to 10% of the total value, when you book with us you know the total cost of your holiday won’t increase. (See booking conditions) Guaranteed lowest price If, within two weeks of booking your South African holiday with us, you find a travel agent who can sell you an identical holiday for less from a competing tour operator’s brochure, we guarantee to either match that lower price or refund you every penny you’ve paid us. Obviously, ‘identical’ means the same tour and accommodation content with travel on the same flights. Lower prices resulting from a third party’s promotions have to be excluded. Financial security We hold Civil Aviation Authority, ATOL licence number 4233 that provides protection for all packages involving air travel. For all other packages, we are insured against financial failure. Total Flexibility Unlike most of our competitors we do not charge you administration fees for booking accommodation or car hire without flights. Your holiday arrangements have complete flexibility in that you may book any number of nights you may wish and change and extend any of the itineraries within this brochure.
